How to Book a Cottage


The Booking Procedure is very straightforward, and if you have any query - at any stage - just get in touch and we will help.


You can either Book ‘Online’ - making a Reservation via our website with an online payment of a £200 Booking Deposit per property. 

Or, you can book by email, or by phone - if you prefer to speak to an actual person, or have any queries to be answered first.

Use the Calendar below to check what dates are available first, then just click the ‘Book’ button to be taken to the secure card-payment page.


Tip: Our Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday, so Online Booking won’t accept any other start-dates. And, we usually only accept bookings for Short Breaks within about 2 weeks of the start-date, so Online Booking won’t accept Advance Bookings for Short Breaks.



To Book by Phone or Email 

Just call, text or email us with your details and your preferred dates, and we’ll get in touch to confirm, answer any queries, and process your Booking for you.

If you book by phone or email, your Reservation will be made by a manual blocking out of dates on our Calendar. A Payment-Link will then be emailed to you for you to make a Card-payment - putting in your own Card details using a secure WorldPay Payment-Portal. Payment will be due immediately to secure your dates (particularly if a ‘last minute’ Booking).


You will either pay the Booking Deposit (of £200 per property) with a later payment of the rental-balance, or full payment (depending on how long before the Arrival-date you make the Booking). Full payment is required if the Booking is within 8 weeks of the Arrival date.


Whichever way you choose to make your Reservation, we will contact you to confirm the details and process your Booking - email you a Booking Confirmation, and a Booking Form for you to complete and return to us, and let you know when the Rental-balance is due (if applicable).


Guests are contacted in good time before the Arrival-date with a full postal address and directions and/or Postcode for SatNav, plus any other pre-Arrival Information. If you want to know more, just get in touch... by email or by phone.
